VirTra Systems Announces Mexico Sale and Charleston Installation

October 19, 2005
ARLINGTON, TX - October 19, 2005 - VirTra Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:VTSI) today announced another IVR™ firearms simulator sale in Mexico, as well as a recent IVR domestic law enforcement installation.

VirTra Systems yesterday received a purchase order for an IVR HD-300™ firearms training simulator from the state of Michoachan, Mexico. The system, scheduled for fourth quarter delivery, includes training weapon conversion kits and low-light accessories.

"Our IVR firearms simulators continue to penetrate the market in Mexico," commented Michael Kitchen, VirTra Systems' executive vice-president. "The simulator sale announced in July has now been successfully installed with a federal agency in Mexico City. Additional sales in Mexico bode well for our anticipated expansion of our international sales activity."

Additionally, VirTra Systems last week installed an IVR 4G-300™ for the City of Charleston, South Carolina, which was immediately placed into service for Charleston's police officers and SWAT team.

"Now that our IVR 4G is installed and operational, we are even more pleased that we chose VirTra Systems over other companies in the marketplace," commented Corporal Craig Farr, Charleston's lead firearms instructor. "Our officers are excited with the training they are receiving, as they universally find it more realistic and effective than our old single-screen simulator. VirTra Systems' installation personnel were first-rate, and the simulator has been extremely reliable."
