Dalby (USA-Retired), VirTra Systems' chief executive officer, today announced the board of directors has named Mr. Thomas J. Cloud as its newest member.
Mr. Cloud has more than 15-years of demonstrated experience in corporate development and strategic financial management, representing a broad range of expertise. Mr. Cloud's background includes experience in executive management of public companies, securities, financial services, investment banking, financial consulting, real estate, and insurance.
