VirTra Systems Announces Return of Key Sales Executive

June 7, 2007
HOUSTON, TX - June 07, 2007 - VirTra Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: VTSI). Major General Perry V. Dalby (USA-Retired), VirTra Systems' chief executive officer, today announced the return of the company's most successful sales executive, Michael Kitchen.

We are pleased to have Mr. Kitchen return to VirTra Systems in a full-time capacity and dedicated to continue growing our rapidly expanding book of simulation business," commented Major General Dalby. "I believe that Mr. Kitchen's return to full-time sales and marketing will continue to have a significant impact on both short-term and long-term cash flow.

"Furthermore, with $1.75 million in sales already received this year, a large number of currently outstanding bid proposals, prime contractor partnerships, and international prospects greater than ever before all in advance of our historical fall 'high-season,' I anticipate operational profitability this year and believe the time is now right to significantly increase VirTra Systems' sales and marketing efforts."

"I am pleased to return to my full-time responsibilities and entered into an arrangement that both lessens cash flow demands on the company while rewarding demonstrated performance through stock ownership; thus, strongly linking me to the company's future performance as a significant shareholder," commented Michael Kitchen, VirTra Systems' vice-president of simulation sales.

"At present, we are forecasting more business than ever before. In addition, with imminent international trips planned this month to include customers in the Middle East, we anticipate a number of very large international simulator tenders to soon be awarded and I am pleased to report the company is in the best position ever to win a good portion of these tenders," Kitchen concluded.

"As we move through the second quarter, I am pleased to see many improvements occurring that we have long needed to effectively allow VirTra Systems to realize the enormous potential of our Immersive Virtual Reality™ and simulation technologies. I remain very optimistic and committed to profitability and shareholder value," Major General Dalby concluded.
