VIRTRA NAMES INDUSTRY VETERAN AS SALES EXECUTIVE

March 27, 2009

TEMPE, AZ

VirTra Systems, Inc. Bob Ferris, VirTra Systems' CEO and president (OTC:VTSI.PK), today announced that VirTra has hired JT Shaffer as a senior sales executive.

Formerly of Meggitt Training Systems, Mr. Shaffer brings over 12 years of experience in the Virtual Simulation industry to VirTra. Beginning as a small arms/fats instructor in the Military and most recently with Meggitt, formerly Firearms Training Systems, FATS, Mr. Shaffer has become one of the most experienced industry veterans in the world.  Mr. Shaffer’s most recent posts at Meggitt were Sales Manager, Eastern Central Europe and Russia and he was responsible for expanding their virtual simulation product line into Europe and Russia.

“I am enthusiastic to accept this position and am thankful for such a great opportunity.  In experiencing VirTra’s simulator for the first time, I was overwhelmed by the realism and training value. The 300 degree High Definition screen combined with the tetherless weapons truly brings simulation training to the next level and the realism is superior to all.” said JT Shaffer.

Bob Ferris, CEO and president of VirTra, said, “JT Shaffer’s extensive industry experience and deep personal connections will make a great addition to VirTra Systems.   We look forward to Mr. Shaffer successfully selling the world’s most realistic and effective firearms training simulators.”
