The Immersa-Dome™ provides an amazing immersive experience. The Immersa-Dome™ is a concave screen that delivers a color rich Hi-Definition image that completely fills the user's front and peripheral view. The visual experience from within the Immersa-Dome is breathtaking.

The Immersa-Dome is capable of very high-resolution and is only limited by the resolution of the projector. The projector resolution standard with the Immersa-Dome is 1280x720 (true Hi-Definition). The Immersa-Dome will benefit from the constant and rapid advances in projector technology.

The projected image can be seen on both sides of the dome screen so the operator can see what the user is viewing. Waiting participants will be fascinated by the visual spectacle and will be anxious for their opportunity to be personally immersed.

To operate, the user simply sits down and slides the lightweight visual dome over the user's face. Unlike traditional headset-based virtual reality, the Immersa-Dome does not touch the user's head, face, or hair.

The Immersa-Dome is patented technology offered exclusively by VirTra Systems. The complete system features vibration in the seat, time-triggered scents, and wind simulation. Stereo surround sound completes the multi-sensory experience.

Content for the Immersa-Dome can come from existing HD film, high resolution CGI animation, or newly filmed HD content geometrically corrected for the dome. The Immersa-Dome can also be customized as a gaming platform for the ultimate in game immersion.
