Customized For Your Needs
Standard Version: Designed for both permanent and transportable use. Locking casters means great mobility, if needed; just wheel it from a closet or leave it set up if room permits. Labeled cables and professionally engineered for quick start-up; little to no adjustment is usually required. Almost as simple as plug into power and start training.
Ultra-Portable Version: This is the most portable firearm training simulator in the world. Specially-selected state-of-the-art hardware plus custom bags for each component keeps everything organized and protected while perfectly fitting into one compact case. Labeled cables makes setup a snap; this is the higher standard for portability in firearms training simulators.
Space Saver Version: When the simulator must share space with a classroom, the Space Saver version is ideal. Front projection screens, ceiling mounts, and special screen arrangements are designed to fit into nearly any facility – even an existing classroom. Training Content
Full marksmanship courseware: Software gives instructors the tools to help advance shooting skills from novice to expert, some customers have claimed over 60% improvements after simulation training. Included software can simulate indoor and outdoor shooting ranges. Optional marksmanship authoring package available.
Shoothouse courseware: VirTra has created a shoothouse that many experts consider more realistic than traditional live fire shoothouses. At close range, it is easy to tell a fake human or computer game character from a real human, and this exclusive VirTra courseware includes actors that look, move and just feel more realistic because they are interactive HD video. An ideal additional for serious CQB training is the optional tactical breach door with electronic switch to automatically start the scenario.
Real-world marksmanship: In the real world, paper targets are not engaged; rather, hostile human forces are engaged. This is a more advanced skill-building courseware that includes moving human targets who take cover and then sprint from cover to cover. Hostile forces return fire back to the trainee, who feels it as either electric impulse or vibration (see Threat-Fire™).
Extensive scenario library: Professionally produced with real actors and special effects where needed. Scenarios, often based on after action reports, are carefully crafted by veteran military training experts to heavily test the trainee’s critical thinking skills, firearms skills under pressure, and psychological preparation for close range combat. “Just ask us” policy for creating new scenarios per your requirements.

Recoil Kits
Firearm recoil realism: Add life-like recoil to firearms training while using inexpensive and inert CO2 for exceptional safety (absolutely no muzzle pressure danger as with blank rounds). VirTra offers quick and non-permanent recoil kits that swap with a few parts of the real firearm, converting it to recoil for training while prohibiting a live round. VirTra also offers simulated firearms; these are not real firearms and cannot be converted to fire a live round, but have very similar weight, size, and recoil to that of a real firearm. Simulated crew served weapons also available.
