Major General Perry V. Dalby (USA-Retired), chief executive officer
General Dalby has served as chief executive officer and director of VirTra Systems since July of 2006. Previously, General Dalby served as VirTra Systems' first advisory board member, created in January 2005, to provide expert military and training guidance to the company. General Dalby obtained his bachelor of science degree from Oklahoma Christian University in 1966, and his masters of science degree from the University of Southern California in 1978. General Dalby entered military service in November 1966, attended Officer Candidate School, and was commissioned on October 5, 1967. After his initial assignment with the 52nd Infantry in the 1st Armored Division, General Dalby attended flight school and was assigned to duty with the First Cavalry Division in the Republic of Vietnam, where he was a gunship pilot and combat platoon commander. In 1975, General Dalby was assigned to the 17th Aviation Group in Korea where he served as the executive officer for the 55th Aviation Detachment. Upon his return, he was assigned as an infantry company commander with the 2nd Armored Division. General Dalby left active military duty in July 1977, and remained in the Individual Ready Reserve force until June 1983, when he was assigned to the 75th Maneuver Area Command. He subsequently served as the commander of the Battle Simulation Center, combat arms branch chief, and as the assistant deputy commander for the 75th Division (exercise). In December of 2000, General Dalby assumed command of the 75th Division (Training Support) and subsequently mobilized the division in support of the global war on terrorism in January, 2003. Major General Dalby remained on active duty until his retirement in May of 2004. In addition to General Dalby's distinguished military command and training experience, he also has previously served in a management capacity for private-sector contract-manufacturing operations.

Bob Ferris, president
Bob Ferris, age 33, had been president of the former Ferris Productions since he founded that company in 1993. He attended the US Air Force Academy with a major in management and was selected for neutron beam research as part of the Strategic Defense Initiative. Mr. Ferris received a degree in systems engineering from the University of Arizona and was awarded a research grant from the Honors College to study data visualization in virtual reality. Mr. Ferris has lectured at various trade shows, published articles, developed advanced, high-tech products, and has been referenced as one of the 'grandfathers' of virtual reality. He currently acts as VirTra Systems' president.


Steven M. Haag, vice-president of investor relations
Steven M. Haag, age 48, currently serves as vice-president of investor relations for VirTra Systems. Mr. Haag had served as vice president of operations for VirTra Systems since 2000. Mr. Haag received his bachelors degree in psychology, with a minor in organizational behavior, from Webster University in 1993, and his masters degree in education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 1995. Mr. Haag previously worked as a direct-marketing project manager/trainer representing AT&T Business Services. Mr. Haag designed and headed two test markets representing AT&T high-speed digital business services and AT&T’s digital subscriber line services. Subsequently, Mr. Haag served as vice president of marketing and sales for Connect Computers, Inc. Mr. Haag is currently involved in investor relations, marketing, and advertising strategies for VirTra Systems.
