Training/Simulation:
Designs and manufactures two distinct product lines comprising the world's first 360-degree firearms training simulators, the IVR™ 4G military series, and the IVR HD law enforcement series, delivering situational awareness, use-of-force, 4-G squad training, and marksmanship scenarios in high-definition resolution for use by military, law enforcement, and security agencies worldwide. The company also manufactures a wide-assortment of proprietary training accessories such as the groundbreaking Threat-Fire™ Belt and Hybrid-CGI™ self-authoring software. Military clients include the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Mexico, and domestic and foreign law-enforcement agencies.

Advertising/Promotion:
Designs and manufactures “immersive virtual reality™” systems used by advertising, mobile-promotion, and event and experiential marketing agencies. The company's custom immersive virtual reality products take participants anywhere, to experience anything -- delivering the senses of sight, sound, touch, and smell for Fortune 500 clients such as Buick, Pennzoil, Sea-Doo, Chevrolet, Red Baron Pizza, and others.

Financial Performance:
In fiscal year 2004, VTSI reported major simulator and promotional virtual reality contracts, large international sales, and elimination of $6.8 million, or almost 90%, of the Company's shareholder and leaseholder debt. Total revenue reported for 2004 was up 35% compared to one year ago. Net accounting profit for 2004 was $1,612,569, or $0.03 per share.
